OFFENCES AGAINST CHASTITY, DECENCY AND MORALITY

SECTION 12. If any person shall willfully and maliciously kill, maim, beat or wound any horse, cattle, sheep or swine, he shall be punished by fine not exceeding one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment not exceeding ninety days, or by both of such punishments.
