PUBLIC STATUTES

OFFENSES AGAINST CHASTITY, MORALITY, ETC.

SECTION 18. Every person who shall cruelly beat or torture any horse, ox, or other animal, whether belonging to himself or another, shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail not more than thirty days, or by fine not exceeding fifty dollars nor less than five dollars.
