Summary:

OFFENCES AGAINST CHASTITY, MORALITY, &c.

Sec. 22.   Every person who shall cruelly beat or torture any horse, ox or other animal, whether belonging to himself or to another, shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail not more than one year, or by fine not exceeding one hundred dollars.
