Information, Procedure and Bail.

 

Section 6619. Search when cruelty is suspected . Any prosecuting officer of any court in this state, any grand juror or any officer of the Connecticut Humane Society, upon reasonable information to him given, may apply to any judge of the superior court, court of common pleas or district court, for a warrant authorizing said prosecuting officer or grand juror to enter and search any place or places which shall be reasonably described in the application to said judge, for the purpose of ascertaining whether any offense described in section 6205 had been committed therein.
